The Governor General of New Zealand arrives in the UK

Mr Bruce Houlder (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London) was present at Heathrow Airport, London, this morning upon the arrival of the Governor General of New Zealand and welcomed Her Excellency on behalf of Her Majesty.
