HM The Queen attended the Poppies to Paddington – Railway 200 Remembrances Service

HM The Queen travelled on a ‘Poppy Train’ from Chippenham Railway Station, Cocklebury Road, Chippenham, Wiltshire, to London Paddington Railway Station, Praed Street, London W2, to attend Great Western Railway’s ‘Poppies to Paddington’ commemoration.

Her Majesty arrived at Paddington Railway Station and, having been received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa), attended the Poppies to Paddington – Railway 200 Remembrance Service at the Station’s War Memorial on Platform One, and laid a wreath.
