HRH The Princess Royal, Commandant-in-Chief (Youth), St. John Ambulance, attended a Reception at the Priory Church of the Order of St. John, London EC1, to mark the Fortieth Anniversary of the “Cadet of the Year” Competition and was received by Mr. Paul Herbage (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
