On behalf of His Majesty The King, The Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London, Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE, presented British Empire Medals to worthy recipients at the Greater London Honours Presentation which took place in the New Armouries, The Tower of London on Friday 3rd November 2023.
