The Lord-Lieutenant, Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE, presents BEM/OBE medals at an Investiture at the Tower of London

On behalf of His Majesty The King, The Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London, Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE, presented British Empire Medals to worthy recipients at the Greater London Honours Presentation which took place in the New Armouries, The Tower of London on Friday 22 November 2024 by kind permission of the Constable, General Sir Gordon Messenger, KCB DSO OBE DL

The London Area Sea Cadet Band provided stirring music for the occasion and the Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadets and members of the Harrow Rifle Corps were on hand to help the guests.
