HM The King presents the Queen Elizabeth II Design Award

His Majesty presented the Queen Elizabeth II Design Award for British Design at 180 Studios, 180 Strand, London WC2, and was received by Mr. Stuart Shilson (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London), the President and Chief Executive Officer, British Fashion Council (Mrs. Caroline Rush), Mr. David Pemsel (Director, British Fashion Council) and the Lord Mayor of the City of Westminster (Councillor Patricia McAllister).
