HRH The Duke of Kent, President, Royal National Lifeboat Institution, officially opened the new Tower Lifeboat Station at Lifeboat Pier, Victoria Embankment, London WC2, and was received by Mrs. Rosemary Prescott (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
