HRH The Princess Royal, as Patron of the Woolf Institute, launched of the Randeree End of Life Care Programme at Leighton House, 2 Holland Park Road, London W14 and was received by Lt Col David Kemmis Betty (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
