HM The Queen visits the Royal Free Hospital

HM The Queen, President, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), visited the Royal Free Hospital, Pond Street, London NW3, and was received by Colonel Jane Davis (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London).

The JDRF, the leading global type 1 charity, welcomed its President, HM The Queen to University College London (UCL) Institute of Immunity and Transplantation, where Professor Lucy Walker is working on research that aims to stop the immune attack responsible for type 1 diabetes and other autoimmune conditions.
