Mr Bruce Houlder welcomed The President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana

Mr Bruce Houlder (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London) was present at Heathrow Airport, London, this morning upon the Arrival of The President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana and welcomed his excellency on behalf of The Queen.
