Mr Bruce Houlder welcomes The President of the Republic of Mozambique

Mr Bruce Houlder (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London) was present at Heathrow Airport, London, this morning upon the Arrival of The President of the Republic of Mozambique and welcomed his excellency on behalf of The Queen.
