The Duchess of Cambridge this morning officially opened the Mittal Children’s Medical Centre at Children NHS Foundation Trust, Great Ormond Street, London WC1, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord- Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa).
