The Duke of Kent marks 100 years of the first trans-Atlantic flight in Bexley

The Duke of Kent this afternoon visited the London Borough of Bexley as part of the centenary events marking 100 years since Alcock and Brown made the first ever trans-Atlantic flight in a Vickers Vimy, which was originally designed and built in the Vickers Factory, in Crayford.
