VE Day, 8th May 2025

A commemoration service was held in Enfield on 8th May.  This commemorated VE Day – or Victory in Europe Day – which marks the day towards the end of World War Two (WW2) when fighting against Nazi Germany in Europe came to an end.  Whilst this was a day of celebration it is also a day to remember the fallen.
